When code builds I should do something useful. There is so much of work that goes into ensuring stuff builds and works and then you are given this period of time to wait until the next phase that you can go off on a tangent and then be drained before beginning the next phase. That can get frustrating.
I think when people get terribly bored with their jobs they do take some eventual action and they do become happy regardless of what they do. I mean it isn't that you need to become the VP or the director of the organization. Somehow there are a similar set of problems to be handled at that stage and nothing is free of problems. But there is extra money and that could be nice. Except what do people do with all that money. I wonder.
